Here is a diagram of how to daisy chain the ground connections. The blue line represents the ground connection. You only need to have one connected to the pad, then just wire the ground from switch to switch. You still have to wire each hot (red line) individually. The yellow boxes are quick disconnects. Please note that this will NOT work if your pad has more than one ground circuit on it, which is the case of many PC USB-compatible pads. You'll have to attach a wire to each individual ground connection instead.
